Fatima Surayya Bajia

Fatima Surayya Bajia was urdu novelish ,playwright and drama writer from Pakistan.

 She was born in hyderabad state on 1st september ,1930. 

She died in karachi on 10th feburary , 2016.

Her siblings are Anwar Maqsood , Zahra Nigah and Zubaida Tariq.

Her Nephews are Bilal Maqsood , and Hussain Tariq.

Her Nieces are Arjumand Rahim and Saba Tariq.

she received the awards of  "hilal-i-imtiaz , and ''pride of performance''

her local business was in karachi.

A well-known personality in social welfare, literary Radio, TV and Stage, Bajia wrote for PTV Centres Islamabad and Lahore since the launch of those television channels. She wrote her first long play Mehman. She contributed to literary programmes such as Auraaq and beauty care programmes under the title Aaraish-e-Khaam-e-Kakal. Bajia also produced various children programmes.
